Cancellations
If your reservation is cancelled or in the event of non-arrival, no refund will be given and the full amount will be charged, unless we are able to re-let the room. In which case a 15% administration fee will be charged. Normal terms of payment apply to these charges. We do not accept amendments to lessen the nights without the full amount being due, nor do we transfer bookings to other parties or other dates.
All cancellation payments due will be collected from your credit/debit card details given to us at the time of booking. Late ArrivalsPlease ensure you contact us no later than 18:00 to let us know if you will be arriving late.
Failure to notify us may result in the room being re-let or the full cost of the room being charged to your credit or debit card. PaymentMost major credit and debit cards are accepted. We also accept cheques.
A deposit payment will be taken at time of booking. All additional sums are due for payment on presentation of the invoice at checkout. In the event of any query relating to the invoice, the Client must notify us within 14 days of the invoice date and the Client’s obligation to pay all outstanding balances immediately will not be affected. Confirmation of a booking by the Client is deemed acceptance of these terms.

Customers can check in strictly from 12pm – 3pm and after 6PM
Pets
We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.
Car Parking
Car parking is at owner’s risk.
Liability
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Behaviour or noise levels judged unacceptable may result in the termination of the booking without refund. Statutory controls, including those relating to fire, licensing, entertainment, health and safety must be strictly observed by Clients. Other than for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Accommodation, the Accommodation’s liability to the Client is limited to the price of the booking.
Clients will be charged for any damage caused. Complaints regarding the stay should be made in writing within 90 days.
